Beginner and Intermediate classes

The perfect starting point for beginners and for those aspiring to develop their trampoline skills. Enjoy learning and playing in our safe and friendly environment with small group sizes and dedicated coaches. Our classes for 12 - 15 year olds are perfect for those wishing to work on their own choice of skills such as GCSE PE, Duke of Edinburgh or freestyle tricking.

We operate a 50 week year with a two week Christmas break. Our prices take the Christmas break into account to allow you to keep your payments the same each month. In the rare event that we have to cancel a session, you will be offered a make up session.

Trampoline Tots

The perfect class for children from walking age to 5 years old to enjoy bouncing. Enjoy playing in our safe and friendly environment with trampoline toys and music. Our trampoline tots build strength while learning balance and co-ordination through play and with plenty of smiles. Parents stay and play with your tots, so make sure both wear soft sports clothing for comfort.

Home Education classes

A great addition to any home education program for a great full body workout while learning new skills and having fun. Our sessions are suitable for all ages from 5-18yrs and all abilities.

Schools Trampolining

GCSE and A-Level Classes

Our program covers all the nesseary skills from the OCR and AQA sylabuss. Our coaches will lead the session working with your students and school's P.E. staff. Our lesson plans build up the routines and skills required to maximise your students' potential grades.

Primary School Classes

Our coaches will run the sessions teaching your children trampoline skills while developing balance, co-ordination and self confidence.

Prices will be adjusted for longer sessions and to reflect bank holidays and inset days

British Stunt Register Training

If you have decided to commit to training for the stunt register, trampolining is a must. We have successfully trained many up-and-coming stunt performers. We offer flexible session times during the week to suit your schedule. We have a full set of videos of the elements required in the skill, airbag and routine sections.

During you first session we will assess your level and then provide you with a personalised plan and timeline to completing your training. We will give you all the details of how we will prepare you to pass your test. You will be offered the option of joining our BSR message group will which allow you to partner up with other trainees. This gives you the opportunity to learn from each other and to share the costs of your sessions.

Classes for Learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

We provide half hour or hour long trampolining sessions for children and adults with special educational needs. The requirements of each individual vary greatly and our experienced coaches will try to accommodate everyone.
